My husband's dream when our sons were young was to move from the Carolinas and live in Washington State near Seattle. We are nearing retirement & wanting to at least go and visit. Thanks for posting your photos...I can't wait.
Looks like you had a wonderful time. That country is so beautiful. I wanted to move to Washington/Oregon coast, but Hubby said no. Your pictures are the next best thing.
Thanks for your nice comments. I found the scenery breathtaking, often, and just wanted to share. My DH said "ok", when I said we should retire there! We shall see -- that's a ways off yet-- but we can see it from here.
